Description: The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) experienced in providing professional services consisting of food and beverage (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) products and related items to the City either as concessions for City events as well as specialty food services for conference center or City functions through the City facilities each year.  The qualified professional(s) (hereinafter as “Vendor” or “Caterer”) must meet the following standards related to menu ability and meal options (i) breakfast, (ii) lunch , (iii) dinner, (iv) grab & go, (v) plated dinner, and (vi) buffet; and price point, and available services (staffing to operate events. Caterer shall furnish/deliver food service products and related items to City locations as needed, (the “Services”), as more particularly described in the Scope of Work in the RFP.
