Call Allan S. Ellis, PE, Director of Public Works at 615-384-2746 for complete bid information and instructions. Bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, City Hall, 405 N. Main St. by 2:00 PM, Local Time, Tuesday, March 26, 2019, when bid packages will be publicly opened and read aloud.
