Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 21, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at the tennis courts at Mill Creek Park located at 1388 Hwy, 24 East Statesboro, GA 30461. All contractors wishing to submit a bid must attend the pre-bid meeting. If the contractor or a representative of the contractor does not attend the bid meeting any submission for this project will be rejected.
