The Commissioners’ Court of Kaufman County Texas will select a County
Depository of and for the public funds of Kaufman County, Texas. The contract will be in accordance with the
provisions of Vernon’s Texas Code Annotated, Texas Local Government Code,
Chapter 116 through 117, that pertains to the managing and safekeeping of
County funds held in trust by the County and will comply with these statutes.
The County will contract with a bank for a two-year or four-year contract term. Separate bids should be submitted accordingly.
