Description: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to retrofit multiple office, common, and storage areas located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the CFX Headquarters building located at 4974 ORL Tower Road. Schedule is critical for this project. The work includes but is not limited to retrofits to architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems as shown in the plans. The work includes activities that will need to be accomplished outside of regular business hours and it is mandatory to maintain operations in these densely populated areas of the building. The contractor will be required to coordinate closely with the CFX maintenance and IT departments as staff will be relocated during various phases of construction. A permit application has been submitted to the City of Orlando building department and will be provided to the contractor once issued.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 10/6/2022 10:00 AM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The purpose of the mandatory meeting will be to discuss requirements of the project in an open forum. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting / site visit is mandatory in order to bid on the project. Based on the number of attendees, an additional site visit may be scheduled at the discretion of CFX. Attendance to the mandatory pre-bid meeting / in-person site visit is required to submit a bid.
