Williamson County is accepting bids for construction of parking and trail head for the Wilkins Branch Mountain Bike Park located on Wilkins Branch Road, Franklin, TN 37064.  The pre-bid conference will be held at the site on October 29, 2019, 2:00 P.M.   Bids will be opened  November 5, 2019, 2:00 P.M.
