Description: Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the “Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act” or “CCNA”), the Board of County Commissioners, Highlands County, Florida, and the Board of County Commissioners sitting as the Board of Supervisors of various Special Benefit Districts of Highlands County, Florida, is seeking professional services for the design of a Special Needs Shelter facility followed by permit and construction assistance required for completing the Shelter. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) therefor the entire project budget for design, construction, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment, and all start-up costs cannot exceed $5 million.
