Description: Alabama A&M University (“University”, “Awarding Authority”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the University’s Winfred Thomas Agricultural Research Station, a division of the College of Agricultural, Life, and Natural Sciences (CALNS), agricultural supplies, specifically but not limited to chemicals, seeds and feeds, and fertilizer and lime, as well as spraying and fertilizing and seeding services as needed. Terms of this solicitation will cover three (3) years with 2(two) additional 1 year options. The unit pricing offered through this Invitation to Bid shall be honored for one calendar year after notice of bid award. Additional years pricing after this calendar year must be provided in quote form as requested by the University as needed. This is a multiple award solicitation.
