Please note that the previously issued RFP, RFP0222ECTHERAPY, was canceled and is replaced by the attached RFP, which allows partial proposals for licensed and certified occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologist diagnosticians, and/or nurses as described in the attached document.
Exhibit A must be used and submitted with your proposal. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Rockwood School District, Purchasing Buyer, RFP0522ECTHERAPY, 111 East North Street, Eureka, MO 63025.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM CDT on June 2, 2022.
