Overview: Initial Contract Period: June 17 – August 1, 2025, Spartanburg School District Two awards the above solicitation to the vendor below: Contract Building Systems LLC, 114 Bunker Dr, West Columbia, SC 29172 This is a statement of intent to award a contract and becomes the official statement of award on the date above, unless otherwise suspended or canceled. Vendors are cautioned not to begin work on the contract or incur any costs associated with the contract prior to the effective date of the contract. The District assumes no liability for the expenses incurred by vendors prior to the effective date of the contract. Per Spartanburg School District 2 Procurement Code regarding the protest period: Intent to Award - Any actual bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the intended award of a contract shall declare the protest within ten (7) business days and submit the protest within fifteen (15) of the date the notification of award and is posted in accordance with this code. A protest shall be in writing, submitted to the appropriate Chief Procurement Officer, and shall set forth the grounds of the protest and the relief requested with enough particularity to give notice of the issues to be decided.
