Mountain Standard/Daylight Time at the following location: Grant County Administration Building Commissioners Meeting Room 1400 Highway 180 E Silver City, NM 88061 Potential Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the confer¬ence to the Procurement Manager (See Section I, Para¬graph D). The iden-tity of the organization submit¬ting the ques¬tion(s) will not be revealed. Additional written questions may be submitted at the confer¬ence. All written questions will be addressed at the confer¬ence. A public log will be kept of the names of potential Offerors that attended the pre-proposal conference
