Question: I may have overlooked this in the Bid, but are substitutions allowed?
Response: Sorry, we missed adding that wording in. Yes, you may submit an alternative, as long as you can justify it, and if Qty changes we will need an explanation on why. For example if the RFP says 12 speakers and you feel 10 are enough, then you need to provide a details explanation on why you feel 10 would be as good or better than 12.
