Question: Are roofing contractors able to bid the project as "general" if they do not have a general contractors license?
Response: No, due to the multiple trades involved with the project, the State of Georgia requires a General Contractor’s license for this scope of work.

Question: Drains are shown through the center of the building that is attached to the gymnasium structure, but no crickets. Should crickets be added in this area?
Response: See revised sheet A1.2 on Addendum No.3

Question: 1. L-shaped roof area shows drains down the center of the structure, but no crickets -- should crickets be added in this area? 2. A/A2.3 states the walls should receive DensDeck Prime AND 1.5” ISO insulation – is this correct? I know all vertical walls get DensDeck Prime but this detail shows 1.5” ISO as well as DDP. 3. Do we need a base sheet on the metal decking or just on the Gypsum over foam board?
Response: Answers are as follows: 1. See Addendum 3 on the replacement A1.2 sheet for added crickets. 2. This is a typo, no 1.5” insulation is not required at this location. 3. Yes, base sheets are only required on Gypsum and Lightweight Concrete decking.
