detention pond; ±80 of 12” DIP water line extension, ±810 linear of 12” PVC - C900 - DR 18 water
line extension, jack & bore ±45 linear feet of 20” steel casing; ±3,734
linear feet of 12” PVC – SDR 26 sewer service line.
