Question: With the pricing the way this is shown, will it be invoiced per visit rather than monthly as it has been previously bid? Also with that same question, it has pruning as a separate line item..So that will be invoiced upon completion each time? I see it shows year round service, so can we assume we will service the property 52 times for the year? I also noticed there is no mention of pinestraw, is that going to be eliminated or be an addition later on?
Response: *Pricing will be invoiced monthly. *The service for trimming the trees and shrubs will be added to the monthly invoices on the months that the Library authorizes work to be done. *You are not to assume servicing the property 52 times for the year; the Library will notify the vendor of what months services are needed. *The request for quote does not include pine straw.
