NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposal from vendors to provide Chapter 17 Special Inspection services for the construction of the new Dr. T K Gregg Community Center

 at 650 Howard Street and Piedmont Community Action Offices at 700 Howard Street in Spartanburg SC. Work will include site, foundations, building components and Asbestos abatement. All work to comply with the drawings and specifications developed by the McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture.
