February 3, 2021 for the purpose of purchasing five (5) Safariland Ballistic Vests for the Quincy Police Department.
The City of Quincy reserves the
right to waive technicalities and to reject any part of any bid, or reject any
and all bids. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most
advantageous bid for the city.
