INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Crestview Downtown Streetscape Renovation will be received by the City of Crestview at the office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 198 N Wilson St, Crestview, Florida 32536 until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 19, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. The Project consists of roadway, sidewalk, and streetscape improvements along 6 blocks of Main Street, generally between US Hwy 90 and Industrial Drive, including portions of adjacent streets.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Questions related to bidding the project shall be submitted, in writing, to the Issuing Office on or before January 4, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. local time. All questions will be responded to “publicly” via email.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office on the city website: www.cityofcrestview.org or by contacting the City Clerk.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
