Description:
This is an FDOT LAP funded project that consists of approximately 0.97 miles of ADA compliant, five-foot wide pedestrian concrete sidewalk along the southern ROW from US 98 to South Berthe Avenue. Additional project components include crosswalk striping, signage, construction of drainage swales and piping of existing front yard open ditch systems and a large cast in-place concrete junction box at the southeast corner of S. Gay Avenue and Wallace Road.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
All bidders shall be certified in the following major classes of work:
1. Sidewalk
2. Drainage
3. Pavement Marking (can be Sub-Contracted)

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Non-Mandatory Prebid to be held at the City of Callaway Arts & Conference Center at 500 Callaway Park Way.
