The District is seeking qualified firms to provide deep cleaning and floor waxing services for (4) Peralta Community College Campuses and the District Administrative Center. The project includes but is not limited to cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, gym floors, locker rooms, carpets, kitchens, stairwells, and other building areas. Specific buildings and rooms and the related square footage is included in the actual Notice to Bidders.
