Description: The City of Beaufort, South Carolina, is seeking qualified vendors to provide four (4) multi-function printers (MFPs) as well as copier-printer maintenance services at City of Beaufort facilities. Two will be provided to City Hall, one to the Court & Legal Department, and the last to the Fire Department. It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a contract for professional copier‐printer services and equipment. The vendor will provide necessary routine maintenance, labor, installation, parts & materials (excluding paper), equipment, and service for these multi‐function printers (MFPs). The service provider must be reputable and bonded to provide superior copier‐printer services and equipment for the City of Beaufort.

Type of Addition: Addendum #1: REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS - PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Overview: This Addendum No. 1 to RFP 2023-105 COPIER-PRINTER SERVICES is issued by the City of Beaufort Finance Department. Except as modified by this Addendum No. 1, all areas of the RFP not specifically mentioned in or affected by this Addendum shall remain unchanged.
Prices shall remain firm, for a minimum of three (3) years. If needed, the vendor must account for price increases during years two and three in their bid proposal. If the contract is extended past the first three years, written requests for increases in price may be submitted in writing to the Finance department.
All Bidders shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 1 by signing in the space provided in the RFP Signature Page. Bids submitted without this Addendum may be considered non-responsive.
