INTENT - It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a licensed and bonded contractor to perform specified construction related to the Fort Walton Beach Landing Improvements. Improvements at this waterfront park will include installing features such a new boardwalk, pocket beach area, circular amphitheater, restrooms, parking lots & sidewalks, lighting and an entranceway canopy.
The scope of services for this contract will be for all labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the work specified on the plan set the identified site.
