Description: Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IF) to solicit sealed bids from qualified vendors for fire and EMT/paramedic uniforms.


 There will not be a pre-submittal meeting held for this IFB. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than October 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than October 18, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
