Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for aircraft storage at Peter Prince Field Airport, located at 5550 N Airport Road Milton, Florida 32583. Services shall be performed by a Design-Build Contractor supported by professional engineer(s) and architect(s), as appropriate, all currently licensed in the state of Florida in accordance with Florida Statutes. Must be State Certified General or Building Contractor; or State Registered General or Building contractor meeting Santa Rosa County local competency requirements.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 8/11/2020 2:00 PM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference will be held on August 11, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Santa Rosa County Engineering Office, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway, Suite 300 Milton, Florida 32583. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
