Description: The City of Murfreesboro TN is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for DesignBuild (D-B) teams to provide design-build services for the demolition and replacement of the city’s General Aviation Terminal Building located at 1930 Memorial Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.  The selection process will entail two phases.  Phase 1 is a narrative response.  Upon review of D-B Team Qualifications, the City will select a few D-B Teams to proceed to Phase 2, a mini-design competition.  
 
The completed project will serve as the front door to the city when landing at the airport and will house offices for airport operations personnel, a public conference center, a fully functional catering kitchen, and related ancillary spaces.  Sevalus was selected by the City of Murfreesboro to act as Owner’s Representative to oversee the selection process and future construction.
