1. KCDC has posted its prototype contract for interested contractors to review. KCDC will offer a very similar contract to the successful bidder.
2. KCDC has posted the drawings/plans to its webpage.
3. KCDC strongly encourages interested bidders to attend the pre-bid conference and to attend the property walk through.
4. This is a re-bid.
5. KCDC has posted a MS Word version of the fillable pages of the bid document that bidders may use to type their information instead of handwriting it.
