Description: DELIVERABLES

Interested proposers shall submit a proposal that will address the following (please see pictures within the RFP):
1. Repair and or replace any deteriorated wood or structurally supporting materials within the portico
2. Repaint with existing color all existing painted materials to include four (4) columns, two (2) partial columns (closest to the building), the portico entablature/roof area, the portico ceiling, and the entrance door and frame.
3. A quoted price good for thirty (30) days from the bid opening date

PROPOSAL ALTERNATE

Depending on the cost of the base project, the Town is interested in repairing and re-painting all windows and attic vents at Town Hall. Proposers submitting on the alternate project shall address the following:
1. Repair and replace any deteriorated wood or other materials with each wooden window frame and attic vent at town hall
2. Repaint with existing color all fifty (50) existing wooden window frames around town hall
3. Repaint with existing color two (2) attic vents at town hall
4. A quoted price good for thirty (30) days from the bid opening date
