Description:
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) for
land surveyor services on various residential and commercial properties owned by the CCLBA. The CCLBA
owned sites are being prepared for possible development ranging from the division of property into several
lots to general boundary surveys to staking infill housing sites; this RFQ covers future project sites. The CCLBA
will choose a Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) using a Qualifications-Based Selection process that relies on
evaluations of written responses to this RFQ and a supplemental evaluation processes for Respondents who
qualify under Part 1. A description of Part 1 follows in the Evaluation and Scoring section below, the
supplemental evaluation process will include an interview and anticipated pricing for sample projects
