Response: Cellular service shall be included through 7/31/2029.

Response: The contractors/vendors should assume 1 hour each of flashing operation in the AM and PM peak periods on weekdays.

Response: The cost of cellular service through 7/31/2029 should be included in the bid, included with the per each price for Solar Powered School Speed Limit Flasher. The bid form can be an extended version of a Summary of Quantities table to show the price for each line item.
