Description: The Franklin County Conservation District requests bids for janitorial services to be performed at 103 Lakeview Court, Frankfort, Kentucky.  Selected bid will be announced in June 2019.

 

Bid requirements may be picked up between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by calling 502/352-2701, until close of business May 31, 2019.

 

Cleaning is to be performed after tenant working hours (5:30 PM).  Performance will be based on evaluation of results, not the frequency or method of performance.  There are daily, weekly, monthly and annual requirements to be met in performing the janitorial service.

 

All bidders and employees are subject to a background check.  The conservation district reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
