Description: South Pointe High School Athletic Renovations scope of work includes newly created space for the Baseball and Softball teams within the existing Jewell Building on the South Pointe High School campus. The existing storage space will be divided by new partitions to create storage space for the teams and restrooms will be added. The work includes, but is not limited to, select demolition, concrete slab work, masonry, windows, doors, interior finishes, and all structural, mechanical (plumbing, HVAC), and electrical work necessary to complete the project.
