TITLE: CLLA ADMINISTRATOR- “COUNTY LIVESTOCK LOSS AUTHORITY”

Notice is hereby given by the County of Sierra, New Mexico, is seeking sealed bids and, subject to the terms and conditions herein, will be received by Sierra County at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, as described and outlined in the RFP, for a contracted, CLLA Administrator, for the County Live Stock Authority. The awarded vendor will serve out of the Catron County Area, in Communication-oriented collaboration, with Serra County Administration, in part of the fiscal agency for the development of this program. The complete RFP Packet may be obtained at the Administration building and at https://www.sierraco.org/department/procurement/ under the Vendor Registry link. All proposals, must be accepted by June 4, 2024, on, or before 2:00 PM, at the County of Sierra Administration Building located at: 1712 N. Date Street Suite D, Truth or Consequences, NM, 87901. All proposals, received after said time, will be rejected and returned UNOPENED. The County reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, or reason. RFP’S MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE RFP NUMBER, TITLE AND DUE DATE CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE BOTTOM LEFT-HAND SIDE OF THE FRONT ENVELOPE OR PACKET. Hand delivery is the same as the 1712 N. Date Suite D, T or C, NM, 87901 address. Deadline for questions 05/23/2024 at 10:00 AM and must be submitted in writing on form Exhibit B, or in similar format via email. Answers to questions will to be determined. Preference Certificate, shall not be in place for point credits, as some Federal funding are associated with the CLLA program. All RFP documents shall be located, in the Vendor registration link and are also provided on the Sierra County Website- under the Procurement Department on the left side of screen. Vendor Registration is free and all bidding documents for this solicitation will be uploaded and located in this link. No Pre-Proposal Conference require. Non-Public Opening.
