Question: Please elaborate on the services required in detail. Is this processing for recyclables only? Is hauling being bid separately or should it be included in the processing bid? Please outline the marketing.education services you are looking for as a part of this partnership.

Question: Will their be an opportunity for match-making at the pre-bid meeting to match primes with subs? Or do you prefer that a firm only providing one services just submit separately for that portion of the RFP?
Response: The pre-bid meeting is hosted in order to provide the opportunity for interested parties to ask questions regarding the RFP to County personnel. Proposers have the ability to view those who have viewed and downloaded the RFP on vendor registry. During the pre-bid meeting proposers will have the opportunity to exchange contact information via private chat with those in attendance, if they desire to do so. If a proposer chooses to submit on one or all of the RFP components, that submittal will be accepted and reviewed accordingly.
