Description:

The purpose of this bid is to seek a Contractor for the construction of a parking lot in the former cart building area of the City of Sebring’s Municipal Golf Course, which is northerly of the City of Sebring owned Caddy Shack Restaurant. The concrete foundations and surrounding asphalt are to be removed and disposed of in a legal manner at the expense of the successful bidder. New base, asphalt and landscape areas are to be installed by the successful bidder. A new landscape area will be installed in another area and an existing landscape area will be removed and pavement installed in a nearby area as noted on the plans.

THERE IS NO PRE-BID MEETING FOR THIS SOLICIATION

Bid envelopes must be sealed and marked with the bid number and name as to identify the enclosed bid.  Bids must be delivered to the City of Sebring Purchasing Office Attn: Lisa Osha, 368 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, FL  33870 so as to reach the said office no later than 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2018, of the official time clock in the purchasing office, at which time they will be opened.  Bids received later than the date and time specified will be rejected.  The City will not be responsible for the late delivery of any bids that are incorrectly addressed, delivered in person, by mail, or any other type of delivery service.
