Description: Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) is requesting competitive sealed bids with the intent of entering into a contract for Pumping and Disposal Services. Potential Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), especially the mandatory requirements.
The Bidder is required to provide, as part of their bid, the qualifications and other documents requested in this ITB.
The award(s) of a contract shall take into consideration certain contractor qualifications and performance factors that add value to a procurement contract. Award(s) shall be made in accordance with the terms conditions, and requirements stated herein.
