Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. (local time) at its office located at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 for CCWA Parking Lot Addition. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. (local time) at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260. The CCWA Parking Lot Addition project consists of the construction of a new parking lot with associated site work and landscaping, along with a water quality swale to an existing detention facility and re-striping of an existing parking lot. Project also includes the widening of an existing driveway, and paving of an existing gravel lot. Bidders may ask questions regarding this Contract prior to the bid opening. To be considered, all questions must be received in writing either by fax (770-960-5237) or by email to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us by 3:30 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, July 23, 2015. Any and all responses to bidders’ questions will be issued in the form of an Addendum by fax or email. All addenda issued shall become part of the Bid Documents.
