Type of Addition: Addendum No. 1

Overview: An addendum that includes an updated list of equipment will be published next week. Non-mandatory site visits for the major St. George locations will take place Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Bidders interested in visiting the St. George sites are asked to meet with Mr. Brooks Varn at 9:00 a.m. in the KFW Building in the Purchasing Services Office, located at 201 Johnston Street, Saint George, SC 29477. Non-mandatory site visits for the major Summerville locations will take place Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Bidders are asked to meet with Mr. Jimmy Brownlee at 9:00 a.m. in the Facilities Conference Room, located at 2120 East Main Street, Dorchester, SC 29437.

What are the tasks/frequencies for the servicing of the listed VAV boxes? The VAV’s have filters, they should be changed every 60 days, belts inspected and changed as needed.

 Are there any control systems at any sites as none are listed in the equipment list provided? Yes, some systems do have controls. Dorchester County will contact providers as needed for controls issues.
