The City of Springfield Parks & Recreation Department will be accepting sealed bids for resurfacing 2 tennis courts at Curtis Holland Tennis Complex. Specifications may be downloaded at www.springfield-tn.org.  Questions may be directed to Terry Martin, Director of Parks and Recreation Department at 615-382-1655. Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
