Description: Notice is hereby given that Okeechobee County, Florida, pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, hereby issues this Request for Qualifications for Professional Water Quality and Environmental Services. The proposals are to provide Professional Services of Water Quality and Environmental expert to provide advocacy, education and assist with ensuring protection of the quality of the various sources of water and environmental resources within Okeechobee County. 

Interested firms or individuals shall submit (1) original proposal and (4) copies for a total of (5) five, plus, 1 copy of the proposal package on a flash drive in PDF format submitted in a sealed enclosure bearing the name and address of the proposer and titled: “RFQ 2024-08 PROFESSIONAL WATER QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES” no later than 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the Okeechobee County Historical Courthouse, 304 NW 2nd Street, Room 123, Okeechobee, FL 34972. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered.
