Question: The bid document states bids can be submitted online via Vendor Registry, but there is no link on the bid page to do so. How should we submit bids online?
Response: Hello - There is a red box that says SUBMIT BID. When looking at the Public Version, it is the box before Submit Question. Please let us know if you're unable to find this. Thanks!
