Description: Highlands County hereby requests and invites qualified Architectural or Architectural and Engineering firms to submit statements of qualifications to participate in a competitive process in which the County and the Sheriff’s Office of Highlands County, Florida will select a firm to provide professional services associated with the design and construction of a reconfiguration of space within the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility. Services shall consist of design, preparations of construction documents, and performance of construction phase services. This project will consist of expansion of booking, medical and laundry areas and additional housing space for female inmates.
