Description: Accepting proposals: This RFP will run on a continuous basis and be awarded QUARTERLY from the initial award until the closing date. Interested proposers should respond to this RFP and submit proposals. Submit questions electronically until May 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Awards will be made on a continual basis to multiple vendors throughout the contract period. New responses will be periodically evaluated and accepted or rejected by the Lee College District throughout the contact term. The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-approved companies or individuals that can provide needed services to the Lee College District. The Lee College District reserves the right to determine if a specialized service is acceptable. If the service is deemed unacceptable or goods/services are outside the scope of this solicitation, no award will be made to the respondent. This is an ongoing solicitation; if you have been previously awarded on this RFP, there is no need to respond again. Previously awarded responses are valid through May 31, 2026.
AWARD: Awards will be based on the respondent's submittal meeting the requirements established herein. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the offering period. Respondents are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As responses are received, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the Lee College District. In order to be recommended for award, vendors must have an average score over 70 points. Applicants will be notified of Lee Colleges decision after scoring and approval.

Question: On the RFP it states that the deadline for submission is May 3, 2022. It repeats this deadline on Pages 5 and 6. Elsewhere it states that the deadline is May 31, 2026. What is the correct deadline for submission?
Response: The original deadline for submissions was May 3, 2022. This is the second quarter, first year for requesting proposals from qualified vendors. This RFP will run on a continuous basis and be awarded QUARTERLY from the initial award, until May 31, 2026.
