Response: The scope of work is on the cover sheet. As for "project manual"; there isn't one, however there are cutsheets to the lighting fixtures.

Response: The engineer's estimate is $130,000.

Response: For LCC, see Detail #2 on Sheet E6.1 for conduit trench.

Question: Are the footings for the light fixtures to be reused or are new footings required? If new are required please provide details and quantity.
Response: For LCC, base scope assumes all existing footings shall be reused. The installation of new replacement pole and existing poles shall be assessed by Contractor, and all necessary repairs shall be provided per typical Detail 4 on Sheet E6.1, and Key Note #6 on E1.3 for new pole. When providing the new replacement pole furnish with structural analysis and calcs. from A/V Poles, this should be an option when ordering from this manufacturer, Contractor shall provide all required field investigation and information to manufacturer as required by them. If any footings are damaged beyond reuse or do not match the requirements of the structural analysis and calcs., then report these findings and assessment via RFI.
