Question: 1. What type of Covid Testing is Required? 2. Is it Antigen or PRC?
Response: I would suggest quoting both.

Question: The RFP calls for twice daily pickup, transport, and delivery of samples to labs. Does that imply daily testing of approximately 7,800 students plus faculty and staff in 14 schools and administrative office sites? What is Adelanto's testing goals, schedule, and what volumes should be planned? Thank you.
Response: Great question, we are currently in the process of gathering information from our staff members to determine who has/hasn't been vaccinated so we can determine who will need to be tested on a weekly basis. As far as our students, that information has not yet been shared with me. My apologies, I wish I had the information to share.

Question: The RFP indicates a proposal start date of December 2021. However, we understand there is an existing contract for similar work that goes through July 2022. Is the existing contract considered the incumbent contract?

Question: Does the District prefer that the Cost Proposal include the cost of laboratory testing (assays/kits, processing, and reporting), in addition to the cost to collect the samples/specimens to be tested?

Question: We understand the Cost Proposal and Financials need to be mailed separately, and the Technical Proposal is due via the Bid Management portal. Will the District consider extending the due date of the Cost Proposal and Financials to Monday, October 25 to accommodate mailing time?
