Description: The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the "COUNTY") is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions for the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services at various designated locations within the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (hereinafter referred to as the "AIRPORT"). The goal is to provide convenient financial and banking services to both employees and visitors of the Airport.
There are currently three ATMs installed at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport.
The County is interested in low/no consumer transaction fees, highly-reliable modern and newest of technology, low noise equipment and, when necessary, efficient and effective service. A percentage of any fees collected shall be remitted to the County.
A goal of 1.0% Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation is strongly recommended for this Agreement. Respondents shall include in their submission a participation plan and proposed goal that the Respondent will use their best efforts to achieve.

Question: 1. What is the monthly transaction volume for the previous 36 months? 2. What was the previous fee structure (convenience fees, transaction fees, etc)? 3. What was the previous revenue split? 4. Are there any restrictions to the additional services we are able to conduct on the ATM, e.g., credit card cash advances; currency conversions; crypto currency sales and purchases? 5. Is the county supportive of vendor establishing third party relationships to achieve low / no-cost consumer transaction fees? 6. What are the specific equipment requirements for the ATM machines? 7. What is the make and model of the current ATM equipment is use? 8. Can we bolt ATM's to the floor? 9. Are armored services required? If so, will the cash loaders be able to service the ATM locations within the airport with their sidearms? 10. Is there a security clearance level required to enter the airport ATM service areas? 11. What type of bill denominations do you require to be dispensed to ATM customers?
