Overview:

Question: please see below the language from page 25 of the RFP.  Please could you provide some further clarification on the Site selection plan outlined in the RFP and what answer would satisfy the HUD requirements? “See the attached HUD regulations for Existing and Rehabilitated Housing Site and neighbourhood Standards 24 CFR 983.57(d) and New Construction Site and Neighborhood Standards 24CFR983.57(e). The Site Selection Plan must be provided with this RFP by an independent entity. The proposer is responsible for all review cost.”

Answer: A detailed response by the developer for the items/requirements noted 983.57 D would suffice. For independent entity, some of those items noted in 983.57 may need to come from an independent entity such as subsection (1) which may need to come from an architect, engineers and/or utility company.
