Question: Signal plans show 4-2" Steel conduits running across Washington Blvd as well as 13th Street. These steel conduits cannot be installed by directional boring. Please confirm that it is the intent of the County to install these conduits by trenching in asphalt.
Response: If the contractor is unable to install the signal conduits by directional boring the County will accept the installation via trenching.
