Question: After the section titled Scope of Services is a category titled Specific Services Part 4 and refers to Virtual Instructional Teaching Services and also a category titled Specific Services Part 5 Project Management/Implementation - are both of these categories supposed to be listed here or is this a mistake?

Question: For the Industrial Hygienist Services RFP, it is requesting a 5% Bid Bond and a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. This is very unusual for industrial hygiene services (Professional services). I just want to make sure that these bonds are required or not. Also, you ask for prevailing wage, which again, if very unusual for a professional services contract. Please confirm that this is the case.
Response: We will not require these bonds at this time nor the prevailing wage.

Question: Missouri SB681 requires both a 1st draw and 2nd draw sample from each location. The RFP calls for only a 1st draw sample. Could you please clarify? Also, the RFP is requesting a total of 1,220 samples to be taken but when we count the projected number of samples per building it adds up to a total of 802 samples. Could you please confirm the total number of samples that will need to be taken.
Response: We would need to have a first (1st) draw and then a "follow-up flush sample" for each location. Also, the correct number is 802 but if there are additional outlets found we would need to know that cost per outlet as well.
