Description: The City of Springfield is accepting sealed bids to replace an existing 10 ton heating and cooling system with a new 10 ton condensing unit that includes two (2) 5 ton gas furnaces twin 80% and one 10 ton cooling coil and refrigerant line flush. The unit is located in the Woodard Hall Building at 101 Fifth Avenue West. Specifications and bid requirements may be obtained at City Hall, 405 North Main Street during normal business hours or at www.springfield-tn.org. Questions may be directed to Gina Holt at 615-382-2200. Sealed bids must be received in the office of the City Recorder at City Hall, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, Tennessee, 37172, by no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
