Description: City of Etowah - Request for Renovation of Public Works Office

Sealed bids for the project entitled Public Works Bid Package 2023 will be received by the City of Etowah no later than Monday, April 3, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., local time at the Etowah City Hall, located at 701 TN Avenue, Etowah, Tennessee 37331. At said place and time, all Bids that have been duly received, will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids should be emailed to etowahcm@cityofetowahtn.com.

The project consists of the total renovation of interior from water damage; rehab of roof with new metal roof installed; exterior residing of vinyl, cement, or metal siding; installation of new windows; new HVAC system; electrical; plumbing, etc.

The Bidding Documents for the project may be accessed from the website; cityofetowahtn.com. The link will be available under the “Departments/Bid Opportunities” and also, will be available at City Hall at 701 TN Avenue.
